About the event

Why do some of us guys have psychological erectile dysfunction? Well it’s complicated.

One of the primary reasons for psychological ED is a disconnection from the body and being in your head. Often times we get so nervous that we won’t be able to perform that it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. So instead of being able to be in the moment we get in our head.

How do you get out of your head and into your body so you can be fully present with your partner?  That is exactly what this workshop is aimed at helping you do. You will also get a journal via PDF with specific questions and a chakra mapping component so that you can actually learn how to get more in touch with your body. This process will help you understand what the feelings in your body might be telling you about your mental and emotionally state.

Do you take ED medications? Did you know that there is a chance that those ED meds will stop working? What will you do if they stop working?

In this workshop, you will learn strategies that can help you overcome psychological ED and an approach that can help you to feel safe, connected, and fulfilled in all areas of your life.

This will be a virtual workshop.
