Getting the negativity out of the body SRBW gives a person the space and the opportunity to fully express them self and clear out all of the negative stress and emotions that are taking up space within their system. Once a person gets that negative emotions out, they then can have a MUCH greater ability to respond instead of react. You will get 2 sessions for 1 person on different days.
